How We're Keeping Kids Healthy
Joint Program in Population and Prevention Sciences
The Joint Program in Population and Prevention Sciences (J3PS), supported by a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation) with the PoPQuIS in Pediatrics Division keeps children healthy in their homes, schools, and communities during their lifetimes by combatting pediatric disease and health care disparities.
New Jersey Healthy Kids Initiative
The New Jersey Healthy Kids Initiative (NJHKI), with the generous support of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, tackles childhood obesity in partnership with the Rutgers Institute for Food, Nutrition and Health.
Partnership with The Hudson Shea Foundation
CHINJ has partnered with The Hudson Shea Foundation which has provided $100,000 in funding for research on preventing diseases of premature infants and new treatments to prevent premature delivery. Another $100,000 has been pledged for the next five years.
